Each month we send in-depth reports that detail goals achieved so far, and the steps taken to get there followed by monthly meetings to discuss. Based on the data generated we then adapt and adjust strategies in order to achieve even better results in following rounds.

Nurturing client relationships is extremely important for Mom’s Choice Awards® to not only maintain current Honoree relationships, but also to create new relationships with potential Honorees and increase overall Honoree applications. We conducted and developed a training program that teaches the Customer Relationship Management Team how to utilize multiple social platforms to reach new and existing leads.
